Complex of 375 houses situated into a big plot of 15.000 square meters. The buildings are placed over the perimeter, making a big central void in the center of the plot. The houses has a double alignment, some facing at the central patio, and others to the street, reserving a generous intersticial space between the two resultant pieces. The façade is rised through precast concrete panels and sandwich panels for thermal insulation. The sliding panels made of wood slats, are elements of passive solar protection, so as to control the sunlight inside the homes, to minimize energy inputs and air conditioning. The vegetation inside the plot generates a humidity differential which is used by households.
