The approach for this building was to display all the energetic and control passive elements in order to achieve sustainable housing, with the minimum expenditure of energy for the environment, as well as economical for the user.
With Canadian wells to temper the air conditioning, going through the latticework in the façade, up to the setback to allow the planting of large deciduous trees, in what is a south facade with a high degree of sun exposure.
